Is there any way to block a player that keeps on bullying you?

There's a player called Cooker from Hungary who keeps on attacking me. He raids my Milfton massage parlor several times every day. He seems to have singled me out for some reason - and won't stop. This is highly frustrating - and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it.

You can do several things to stop that, which you chose matter on your style and money (real):

1- u can buy PROTECTION for ur brothels, it cost 1 CC x 1 hour x 1 brothel

2- u can get out from urs brothels ALL hookers, without hookers u don't get money, but also u can't be raided ;)

Long term solution for your problem is to buy a better weapon, reset experience points  and set 150 fighting points.

Sorry if this is obvious, you may also want to add security to your parlors to increase the amount of defense you have. These can be bought using the money you make in the game (i.e. not Candy Coins) from the Gun Shop. Agent Smith seems to e the best they have, but they also cost a bunch.

Also, if you do the daily draw at the museum, you can eventually get enough dust->items to assemble a cloak of invisibility which when worn will protect all your parlors for 14 days.

But I guess the long term solution is to get higher Fighting stats, and a better weapon. Note, that as most things in the game the fights and battles happen within you "bracket" which is a span of 8 to 10 or so levels. You may want to slow down the leveling up so that this Cooker guy eventually out-grows you and can't pick on you anymore.

In the mean time, collect the money from your parlors frequently so there is nothing of value there for him to steal :-)

Invisibilitiy cloak doesn't protect your parlors. It just gives you the option to raid while you have protection from being raided or CC.
Since raiding is part of the 7 days gang task, players search for easy victims. So collecting money more often, won't prevent being raided probably.

just get him in your blacklist and sabotage him from weapon shop.
