spa and fitness for max appeal

can i get a girl's sex appeal to 100 only with spa treatments or do i need fitness as well?

i read a post in the forum and a user said that spa treatments are permanent and won't decrease over time. now i saw a guys working girls and they were all at 100 even though he was more than 150 days offline.

does it mean i can get the the girls to 100 with spa treatments only and don't need the stupid fitness anymore?

You'll need both.  Plus, of course, a girl whose max sex appeal is high enough!  You can modify a girl's sex appeal by up to 60 points in the Fitness Centre (Care) and 40 at the SPA (Pamper).

You can hire, via the Fitness Centre a Personal Trainer (costing CCs) who will ensure your girls' sex appeal does not reduce.
