Divine Pendant Girl can be stolen?

As the question is obviously asking, can my divine girl Lola Lux (which I got from 1000 pendants from the previous pendant event last month) be stolen?

I see a lot of people usually have girls that can be bought from deals or gotten from events like the pendant one put on the street yet they don't have the "Fight for Her" button.

Girls that I always see on the street ( the one where you click the girl which only has legs showing) are Riley Seed or Miley VIrus or Beyonce.

Lola Lux is protected and will not be stolen as well as Riley Seed, Miley VIrus, Beyoncé Blowles, Mimi Thai, Miss Chick, Miss Valentine, Miss Santa or Tiffany Valentine (all girls from kit for real cash)
