I'm level 12 in HCL and have some money to hire actresses. I used the casting tents to try to get an African girl with a lot of sex appeal. I've tried twice to get the girl. How come I haven't gotten her a sex appealing African girl? Please help.

is a matter of mojo amount (clothes,car,jewels,etc), u need much much more than u can get at ur level regularly, so 2 options: patience and collect that lot of mojo or level up to get it easy and fast (this is the bad option)

I was fortunate! I made friends at much higher levels than me when I first started! A mojority of my best girls came as gifts from friends! So make a lot of friends!
