3 ways to get actresses:

1/ casting, u need try a lot to get divines

2/ buying a pack with one for real $, there are offers every few months and the girls are 100

3/ shoot pics/amateur movies with a fuckbuddy of urs, till she asks to go pro

 

3 is easiest to get plenty of divines if u re not picky about atmospheres/ethnicity, once u have enough contacts (highest car is the way to get plenty of those)

if you put the max sex appeal, u will get  top girls every once  in a while, but its far from each casting (pretty much u ll need do it for a week, 10 times a day).
the chance of those top girls appearing is probably linked to your mojo but thats not sure either
