Does reporting a bug work?

Question

I recently lost my apartment for my actresses, bumped out of the villa, and lost some cash. But, I kept my level and # of actresses, same rank in CF, raid etc competions, etc. (so, it didnt like boot me back to another time) I reported the bug and have not heard from them. Do they even respond/care?
