Going up a level 11 upwards

How much mojo and dick increase do you need to go up a level

and

how can you see what level you are currently.

Before level 10, you can see your level, at the gun shop as it is telling you how muich you require to reach level 10.

But after level 10, the gun shop is just a gun shop. :(

Yep just worked it out on my own.

I swear i have clicked on that before, and it brought me a totally different screen :(
