What does a Starlet do?

What is a Starlet? Do they make money for you? DO they come back once the 14 days are done?

She will add a bonus to any film she is in, earn more in jobs at the casting tent, and as a one-off she will gain you a trophy and points in the film league. She will stay as an actress with you beyond the 14 day period.
