it does effect the amount of money the girls get from all jobs.
They receive 1 point randomly in one stat for each level they get, u cant control anything.
If u re trying to max out everything, i suppose u should try having girls with very different stats, but atmosphere/ethnicity is easier to control.
Ultimately, i mostly use those stats as flavor, and think fondly of my girl with 40 perversion and 0 submission (actually im terrified of her)
