The sharing HCL experience quest is just for acquiring some new members to HCL. Means you should invite some of your friends (preferable from Facebook) via link to HCL. When a certain number join you get free CC, plus 10% of their bought CC (when they are CC / wallet players).
Since FB demands clear name policy for their accounts, it wouldn't be very clever when your future boss could find out you are playing a porn game. That's why almost every player skips that quest (i don't know any player who did this quest, not even the first stage).
For sharing the covers of your movies you just have to copy and post their corresponding link (when you click at the blue upper arrow symbol, you can find it) to your friends inside and outside of HCL. But you won't get CC for that.
