I always shoot in hot local use hot ethnicity,and use high % toy  and still only get 1 or 2 rating,do I really have to spend real money to get to do this by buying a pre made hot whore/actress?

The temper of the girl isn't important for the rating. What counts is the sex appeal. As far as i know you should use a girl of at least 60 better 70 sex appeal (means this is the current value and not the theoretical max of the girl -> fitness and SPA should help here). You should also use a combination which is giving you a good rating and a good chance for success (position 69, toy bondage set or for better but riskier outcome male leather suit). You get extra rating bonus for museum or cruise ship, but you can get caught there.
