What do you get for defending your properties?

Apparently nothing, but there should be SOME reward of some kind. otherwise, the ones of us that clean out our cribs regularly have no reason to care. there should be pendants or something

When you defend it for 365 days you get the hidden 'Henpecked Hero'  Award.
