"Short" and "long" movies

Hi.

I was wondering... does the time it takes to shoot a movie have an effect on the actress' level ? I mean, if I use an actress in a 3-hours long movie, will she makes more points (and level-up faster) than if I use her in a 1-hour long movie ?

If yes, does it works in both amateur and pro productions ?

From what I understand, the experience (used in level up) is basically just down to the hours they've been busy. It doesn't matter if it's during an amateur film, pro film, photoshoot or a tent job.
