How do I switch to a different gang?

Leaving one gang (at the gang screen -> throne of pimps -> my settings "leave the gang").

Wait 24 hours before joining a new one.

If you haven't found a new one and haven't received an invitation, you should announce your willingness to other gangs at the gang screen.
