Does the delete option deletes the account from both servers?

Question

My character on the 2nd server is a mess so I want to start over, but I can't risk losing the one on the first server.

Ok, so I tested it and it does only delete the account on the second server.

haha dirty tricks in HCL forum (only interesting for someone near Barcelona).
Ask a question, answer yourself and declare right answer (gives much points, until now i thought you have to use two accounts for this tactic).
