problem with the anti bot

when i wanna put the right object on the girl nothing happen and i cant pass this anti-bot

even after reset

already reported the ^problem but no answer :((

any idea please

In general it can be some not supported browser.

Please try another one like IE/EDGE, Firefox or Chrome. Even when you use one of them, try to reproduce problem with another browser and report your test (here;-)

you must DRAG the item (click it, drag it over the girl, drop it)

 

about devs cordiality... they only answer to wallets actually

This option also came to my mind, but i thought a player with more than 800 days inside HCL and above level 50 should know how to move the presents.
