How do I access the spare body storage?

I see if I get a new girl from the poster thingy on the right hand side, I can either collect or move to spare body storage. How do I access the spare body storage?

Click on the new lab, near the outhouse, then cold storage and the spare body storage

But a girl moved there can't be recollected, they become spare bodies only used for the other lab's function
