Do the "80 level girls" have to be exactly 80 or just IN the 80's?

Not the sex appeal max, in fact, you need 8 yellow stars, and the 9th can't be completed

Thanks. And, as a follow-up question, Do I add her to Spare Body Storage until I'm ready to Fuse or do I have to keep her active? I only have 14 slots and really don't want to buy any more.

Once she has the 8 star full, you can add her to the storage.
You can add her even if she is busy, so add the sex appeal first with the gym and, after adding the sex appeal you need with the spa, you can send her immediatly in the storage

Btw, you can use the "cryo storage" to free 4 slot. You must wait 24H before you take your girls back and need a free slot to do so, but if you play wisely with it, it can be usefull. Expecially after fusing a girl twice (140 sex appeal), because you will need a girl fused once (120 sex appeal) to fuse her for the third time, and you can't store a girl fused in the spare body storage

Well, I just fused my first actress and I have to say I'm disappointed. The two 80 level girls and a few of the others were much higher levels than the one I fused but the game keeps the level of the base girl. That sux. They should have given credit of the other girls in the fusion. Big waste of experience points.

Yes, you don't fuse the level. Fusion is just to raise the sex appeal of the girl, the the money she earns, and the points for a film.

Use only ONE of your existing Girls/Actresses (G/A) to fuse (The ones in the windows to the right of the FUSION machine)  In the FUSION window it will tell you what you need to FUSE.  Look bellow the FUSION machine and you will see what is required to FUSE/UPGRADE the G/A you chose. Get 2 80's of an ethnic, 2 100's of an ethnic, 1 100 of an ethnic, 1 100 fo an ethnic. etc
