Because the devs are slowly letting the game die. I suggested something similar on this very forum over a year ago... Never got an answer.
Their Facebook page is no longer updated since the DNA lab update (over 2 years ago), and the devs are no longer taking a look to their Discord channel.
I hate to say it, but I think that boat is sinking and the crew has already left the ship, leaving their passengers to die in the wreckage.
I think the least they could do is actually be honest about it and say it out loud : "We are no longer updating this game. Our efforts are now centered on Prison Wars and Nutaku's Fake Lay."
But they just won't...
I mean, how can they make one, two or some rare times even three events the same month on Fake Lay, while on HCL they are having a hard time making one special event every three months ?!?
There is a new event that started today on HCL (July 29th), you know when the last one started ? On Easter, which was on April 4th this year... So it was almost FOUR full months ago. And the rewards for the Easter event were not even that good. (In fact, I didn't even participate back then.) Although, to be fair, the ones in this summer event are more interresting. I will definately try to get that premium actress at 300,000 pendents.
But still... it feels like they are letting the HCL community down.
