How to register Booble-domain?

Question

Do you have to pay anything to register the Booble-domain or to get the server couse i cant seem to register it? I've tried while having about 20 000 on me without success.

u buy the server then u upload your photos & movies on it. more uploads means more clients means more money. dont forget to use the advertising tab on boobles.com.  its really usefull.
