Well, you can. From time to time there's an offer available where you can get a good girl (with a new slot for her) by paying real money. Sometimes an offer includes actresses, sometimes whores; usually they are a parody of some real world star.

Other than that, to the best of my knowledge, you can't. But, what;s the problem with converting fuck buddies? I do it all the time, spending no CC.

Well, it's was kind of pointing out the obvious, but still I stand corrected.
I take my hat off to you sir!
However I'd rather donate to the site than buy girls, players or coins. Imho a pay to win game isn't fun.

The problem with donations is, they bring much less money than pay-to-win stuff; I can understand while the devs chose this route. Still, this game is pretty balanced in that regard - the areas where PtW plays a significant role are rather limited. I too would prefer the game not to have any PtW stuff, but then I'm afraid it would become unsupportable, and cease to exist.
